Spark R&D has been working extensively on the Japanese motorcycle and defined several full system configurations enhancing the design,sound and performance of the 3-cylinder bike.
The study of a EURO5 approved system was the first important challenge to accomplish so as to allow regular use on public roads and at the same time to increase the performance of the bike without any intervention on ECU.
Spark's long work experience on 3-cylinder engines - for example in Moto2 - was undoubtedly an excellent starting point for sizing the manifold in the best possible way and then combining them with a high-performance catalytic converter,highly soaked with noble materials.

The collectors derived from competitions have a compensator and 3in1 pipe as the Moto2 systems.
For the homologated versions it was possible to reach the dB level required by the Regulation thanks to a very light pre-silencer made of Aisi304 stainless steel with very thin thickness and specific design that perfectly merges with the lines of the bike.
During the development great attention was paid to the sound,which is extremely dark at idle speed and maintains the spectacular three-cylinder engine sound note.
From the aesthetic point of view the systems are different so as to meet the preferences of the most demanding motorcyclists.
The first proposal recalls the successful Euro 4 previous version:the full system is composed of Aisi304 stainless steel manifold and 3in1 pipe with catalytic converter,silenced box with single silencer,low mounting and extremely aggressive.
It is possible to choose exactly the same 2020 Moto2 World Champion Grid-O full titanium silencer with visible TIG welding (GYA8886) or the super aggressive MotoGp (GYA8887),in titanium or dark style,round,very short and provided with large diameter emphasizing the 3-cylinder sound.
The other system which is also Euro5 homologated evokes the lateral Moto2 system:Aisi304 stainless steel manifold,3in1 pipe with catalytic converter,silenced box with lateral titanium pipe provided with carbon cover and an extremely racing silencer option.
Again,you can choose exactly the same 2020 Moto2 World Champion Grid-O full titanium silencer with visible TIG welding (GYA8889) or the super aggressive MotoGp (GYA8890),in titanium or dark style,round,very short and provided with large diameter emphasizing the 3-cylinder sound.
The last full system homologated with Aisi304 stainless steel 3in1 catalysed collector is characterized by a silencing box with double exit provided with a MotoGp-style grid (GYA8888).
Such proposal redesignes the double ended OEM exhaust:the strongly racing grid adds extra touch of character without upsetting the essence of the bike.
The fourth proposal is the racing kit:the full system consists of a Aisi304 stainless steel (GYA8891) manifold,3in1 racing TIG welded pipe in titanium and low mounting Grid-O silencer.
