Customer misunderstandings
“Made a mistake with your order?
No worries!“

- Return Period: You can return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Process: Please contact us with a photo of the item before returning the item. We’ll let you know further information later.
- Return Restrictions: Some items cannot be returned (i.e. OEM parts). Please check the product page for details. Items that have been attempted to be installed cannot be returned.
- Contact Us: Please contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
- Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. We will refund the purchase price after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Important Notes:
- Return Shipping Costs: They are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: We will make a refund for the item returned. For credit card payments or if other payment methods have expired, refunds will be issued via PayPal.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be UNUSED and in their original condition. Packages are also to be in good condition.
- Damaged Items: If the returned item is damaged or unsalable, the refund amount may be reduced.
