In terms of power, it's that feeling you get when you reduce the FSprocket by 1T. You get that Torque feeling at 2500-6000 RPMs, which makes it much easier to ride on pavement while maintaining the NORMAL GEAR ratio. However, if you really set it to Short (F13, R42, etc.) for Off, it will quickly go over 6,000 RPMs and pass the delicious point. It's not Engine Displacement VolumeUp, so it's not going to be torque fully across the board.
