I currently have an OEM Throttle pipe Rib Cut and a Other Brand Product Grip on it. I'm going to try changing to a Type Throttle pipe which doesn't have Rib. The Throttle pipe I'm using now is not broken, but I'm changing the Grip again, so I decided to change it as well.

The OEM Throttle cone has warts on the surface and cannot be easily replaced by Grip. This throttle makes it wart-less and easy to replace the Grip. Also, there is a little bit of Rib to prevent Gap.View Detail
It makes install Kijima grip heater easier, i can install throttle grip without addhesive.I used Kijima GH10 before, it was good, but little bit play on the throttle due to the optional gear parts, but now with this tube there is no throttle play.I used several Kijima products until now, they supply aftermarket parts with the great quality and decent price. It was purchased for use on the XSR900, but was not used in the end, and the STD Mounted Product Grip was taken and used. Reasons for not using it include
Length is 5mm shorter than OEM Product There is a non-slip rib that OEMs don't have.
Certainly, even if it is 5mm shorter, it would be possible to use it if the inner diameter and Wire fixing part are the same Size. Also, Grip will probably go in even if there is some Rib to prevent slipping. The Instruction Manual also lists the XSR900 as a compatible model, but it clearly states that some models require modifications, etc. The Manufacturer is not at fault, as even the actual photo is posted and shows the length and rib properly.
It is easy to assume that they are exactly the same shape as compliant products.
I replace the grip of XG250 TRICKER every 20,000km, because it is troublesome to take out the adhesive of Throttle pipe, and I think that SlotPipe is consumable goods as well as Tire and Brake Pads, and I replace it at the same time as Grip. When I use the hand guard, it needs to be processed, so I chose the Other Brand Product which can be used without processing.
