[Why I bought it]
I usually wear Workman's Aegis, but when I was riding on the highway, the wind blatantly coming in through the gap between my ankles made it hard for me, so I bought these.
Impressions of use
Bottom line, it worked great!
All the cold wind that was coming in through the cracks is gone!
It still looks the same KomineQuality, but I don't really care because I can't see it anyway, hidden by my pants!
I've been using them with Boots, but I didn't find them to be too tight or anything. They are a little bit thicker, so you may need to loosen the laces a little bit.
Some say that the toes are not warm, but to be honest, no matter how hard you try, the toes will slowly get cold, so I think it is unavoidable. I'm not sure what to do;
I think the important thing is to prevent the cold gap between the pants and shoes, so the feet are just an extra storm effect! I think it's better to think of it as a bonus.
I was able to get off the bike and walk around a bit while using it without it bothering me at all.
I think it's safer to remove them in some cases, since they can be removed as soon as you take off your shoes.
