At the recently held 50th Tokyo Motorcycle Show, YOSHIMURA presented new products for 2023 focusing on popular models, including exhausts for the HONDA CT125 (TRAIL125), KAWASAKI Z900RS / 650RS, SUZUKI Hayabusa and other popular bikes. Parts were installed on demo bikes for display.

Back-to-back announcements of new exhausts for popular models

The first big announcement was the "Tactical Cyclone"! Development of this exhaust for the TRAIL125, which is popular overseas and famous in Japan as the CT125 Hunter Cub, has finally been completed and is ready to go on sale. The square design differs from the existing "Machine Bent GP-MAGNUM CYCLONE High Mount" which has a more sporty design. The sound is subdued, as it is often used for motorcycle camping in Japan. However, the actual exhaust sound is quite crisp, clear and deep. Though the sound is quieter, it is not lacking in substance. This "Machine Bent Tactical Cyclone" has already been priced and will be available in late July 2023.

Also of interest was a slip-on and full exhaust for the new Hayabusa. YOSHIMURA already has a "Slip-On Heptaforce Cyclone" on the market, but for the new model, they have chosen the directly race-oriented top-of-the-line R-11SqR Cyclone silencer. Hayabusa's quality feel is enhanced by the high-end finish and it is also expected to significantly reduce weight and increase performance.

The popular DAX125, Z900RS, and Z650RS models were equipped with jet-black straight-type exhausts, which is the style YOSHIMURA is known for. Of these three, the DAX125 showcased the latest in a line of products scheduled for release in the near future. YOSHIMURA's appeal lies in their superior quality and performance; the result of years of knowledge, experience, and honest craftsmanship. We look forward to seeing what they will come up with next!

HONDA CT125 Hunter Cub (TRAIL125): Long-awaited release of last year's under-development exhaust model

This new exhaust model was developed with the concept of coexisting with nature in mind. Aiming for great sound quality and performance, while keeping the volume low, it has a quiet but clear, deep sound that is music to your ears. It also boasts solid torque from the low RPM range, and accelerates powerfully from the mid RPM range and up. A wide variety of dress-up parts are also available!

HONDA DAX125: A series of exhausts for the DAX125 are set to be released

The "Machine Bent GP-MAGNUM CYCLONE TYPE-UP High Mount EXPORT SPEC" exhaust for the DAX125 is already on the market, but a new "Machine Bent Straight 762 CYCLONE" with a more retro feel is now under development in both high and low mount types. This model also has a clear, deep sound with less clutter!

HONDA GB350/S: A steady stream of aftermarket parts for the GB350S!

Unfortunately, the HONDA GB350/S is not available worldwide, but has been popular in Japan since its release in 2021. An engine case guard and fender eliminator for dressing it up are already available, as well as one type of slip-on exhaust. At the show it was announced that a "Slip-On Straight Cyclone" is also under development!

Exhaust & Standard Parts for Kawasaki Z900RS / Z650RS!

Kawasaki Z900RS

The integrated exhaust is painted black, continuing the half century long YOSHIMURA tradition. This model maintains easy handling at low RPM with great improvements to maximum output. The capacity of the aluminum fuel tank has icreased by 3 liters and it weighs 1.74 kg less than the stock tank!

Kawasaki Z650RS

For this model the traditional YOSHIMURA 4-1 merge collector has been adopted. The radiator core protector sports a large YOSHIMURA logo making it popular among fans of the brand. This exhaust system has been certified by the JMCA, an organization in Japan which issues certifications regarding noise and emissions, so you can be sure that both of these have been taken into account.

SUZUKI Hayabusa: Full Exhaust for Hayabusa is also set to release!

"R-11Sq R Cyclone 2-piece" slip-on and titanium machine bent full exhausts are under development for the Hayabusa, a model which came out in 2021. The Hayabusa on display sported YOSHIMURA's sleek and stylish "Wind Armor" windshield, which matches the model's original silhouette and is perfect for cruising comfortably at high speeds. It also showed off a fender eliminator (also available for other models), as well as a general-purpose brake lever guard and master cylinder cap.
