IiDA Racing Factory's GSX-R1100
The modeling and atmosphere that is not found in today's models. There is a growing number of people who feel this attraction to oil-cooled models and seem to want to acquire and enjoy them in the future.
The bike first fully consisted of stock parts. They thoroughly inspected from the engine to other parts, and then improved one by one semianually, such as carburetor and front master. The engine used in the photo is built with Yoshimura ST-1 Camshaft and FCC Clutch, and the electrical parts has been reinforced with Uotani SPII Unit. The carburetor is side linkage setting on purpose. On the chassis side, Brembo radial masters, cast calipers, and Sunstar brake discs were used to enhance braking power and touch, and Ohlins rear shock was also used.
Bodyworks
The meter is a stock '88 R1100J with a Yoshimura Progress Meter (oil temperature gauge) added. Plus the exterior is in stock condition, including coloring.
Handle
Left and right master cylinders are Brembo RCS for improved touch and braking performance. Also High throttle kit and grip rubbers use Yoshimura.
Engine
The engine was fully maintained, a Yoshimura ST-1 cam was built, and an Iida Racing Factory original oil catch tank was added.
Intake & Exhaust
The carburetor is a TMR-MJN Φ40mm side-link type for oil-cooled GS1200SS. The multi-rib aluminum box (MR-ALBOX) frame is stock.
Chassis
The Φ41mm front forks are stock on the GSX-R1100J. Furthermore Front brakes are Brembo cast axial mount black, big logo calipers and Sunstar Neo-Classic brake discs. Besides Hollow 3-spoke wheels are stock front and rear 2.75-18/4.50-18 size with exterior tuning.
Swingarm is GSX-R1100J stock. And Rear shock is replaced with Ohlins. Also Rear brake is R1100J stock. Moreover The exhaust is a US Yoshimura Cyclone, Plus the exhaust pipes are Nishimura coat Grizzly with Racing 1000 heat resistant paint finish. In additon front and rear tire sizes are 110/80ZR18 and 160/60ZR18.
