Japanese Classic W3 Style: Kawasaki W650 Custom

 4 min read

Webike's Opinion

Here is a "KAWASAKI W650" custom by Webike community user "Bazz". A classic style with the heartbeat of a twin engine. Excellent fuel efficiency, a robust build that rarely encounters breakdowns. This W650, ridden for over a decade, never lost its appeal. It seems the owner is customizing it with an overall concept that leans towards the W3 style. The sound and style of the POSH Faith W1-type full exhaust are fantastic, allowing you to fully savor the joy of riding a motorcycle. For those contemplating an upgrade to their W650 exhaust, this is definitely a recommended option. Moreover, if you're bothered by the exhaust noise, you can also reduce it by installing Daytona's inner silencer. Next, the DAYTONA W1 oil tank-style side cover was originally finished in black gel, but it was painted to match the tank's color. Since it's slightly larger than the stock, there's a possibility that your thighs might touch the cover's corners when you put your feet on the ground. Additionally, the emblems were sourced from the old model. But the upgrades don't stop there. The INADOME Short Headlight Bracket Set found its place on the headlight, while the tail lamp received the same company's W1SA-inspired bracket. The downward angle lent it a retro W-esque appearance, radiating an undeniable sense of cool. Looking ahead, he plans to aim for a Japanese classic style and replace the current tank with a W1S tank. Fans of the W series can't afford to miss this captivating custom project.
